Job Offer: We are seeking a **Technician**, primarily for **field technician** duties, with occasional site visits, to join a surveying/cartography company. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for setting-out and topographic surveys. Key Duties: * Preparation and modification of 2D drawings (preferably). * Integration with the development team and implementation of BIM methodology. * Support in measurements and technical documentation. * Document archiving and control. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in construction setting-out. * Essential proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Experience in point cloud management, BIM modeling, or use of Revit or Cyclone (Leica) is desirable. * A drone pilot course (A1/A3/STS01) is advantageous. * Professionalism, seriousness, positive attitude, and commitment to meeting client needs. * Proactive teamwork attitude. * Preferably resident in Sevilla or surrounding areas. * Self-motivated, organized individual with strong self-management skills and commitment to quality. * Valid Driving License Class B. Offered: * Salary according to collective agreement. * Long-term job stability and professional development in 3D technology for point cloud management. * Possibility of offering a part-time contract based on personal circumstances, though full-time employment is preferred.
