We are seeking a Claims Administrator to manage customer claims and provide customer service. Key responsibilities include tracking incidents, making outbound calls to customers, and maintaining documentation. A Higher Vocational Training qualification is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in customer service and claims management. Proficiency with computer tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and a clear customer-oriented mindset are essential. The selected candidate will work in Santander under a 6-month temporary full-time contract. Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break. An annual gross salary of 17\.094 € is offered, along with a hybrid work arrangement combining on-site work (60%) and telework (40%).
