Our Palma de Mallorca office is looking to fill the position of Labor Technician JOB OFFERING INFORMATION **JOIN KRESTON IBERAUDIT** We provide professional services in auditing, legal and tax advisory, consulting, and outsourcing for medium and large enterprises seeking a global perspective with local expertise. Our Palma de Mallorca office is seeking to fill the position of **Labor Technician** to strengthen the Labor Relations team. **Profile:** * Vocational Training (FP) at Intermediate Level in Administration or equivalent. * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Labor Relations or Human Resources (desirable). * Prior experience in labor consultancy or professional practice. * Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of A3nom (highly desirable). * Responsible, organized individual with a commitment to excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and preparation. * Document management and digital archiving. * Employment contract management: registration with TGSS, contract notifications to SEPE, contract drafting, etc. * Support in managing temporary disability cases. * Technical advisory services to clients on labor matters. * Preparation of forms 111, 216, and 190\. * Collaboration with public administrations (AEAT, Social Security, ATIB). * Support in labor campaigns and departmental administrative tasks. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:15 – 17:00 * Friday: 08:15 – 15:00 **What We Offer:** * Joining an established and growing international firm. * Permanent full-time contract. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * A collaborative environment focused on excellence. **Application Contact:** * illesbalears@kreston.es
