Are you a passionate UX Designer with conversational experience ? We have an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to shape how customers engage with the assistant across platforms and markets. Your responsibilities include designing chatbot flows, prototyping user journeys, and creating conversation guidelines that ensure consistency, empathy, and clarity in every interaction. RESPONSABILITIES: • Lead conversational design projects from start to finish, coordinating with technical and business teams. • Design chatbot flows and conversation architectures based on the agentic framework, ensuring coherent and assistant behavior. • Define and follow the personality, tone of voice, and communication style of the Mercedes\-Benz Virtual Assistant. • Map user needs and conversational goals to align assistant responses with user needs. • Conduct usability testing studies for qualitative research, to validate conversational experiences. BASIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • UX Design: user flows, wireframing, prototyping. Experience with tools like Mural, Miro and Figma. • Agentic framework application: structuring assistant behaviors, defining roles, goals, and decision logic • User research and testing: qualitative research to test ideas, prototypes and flows. Experience with platforms like UserZoom. • Analytical Thinking: using insights, data and metrics to iterate and optimize interactions. KEY REQUIREMENTS: · Profile with proven experience in designing user experiences. · Excellent collaboration and communication skills. · Ability to articulate and negotiate proposals with strategic stakeholders. · Skill in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions. · Practical knowledge of conversational AI platforms and tools Languages: English C1 Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible.
