Some of the responsibilities you will carry out as Production Team Leader at SGPAM include: * **You will address production needs while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.** * **You will lead a team of people performing roles within the ductile iron pipe manufacturing process, following prior training.** * **You will actively contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workplace by applying the 5S methodology.** * **You will participate in our Continuous Improvement transformation journey toward Operational Excellence through WCM.** **Is this job right for you?** **This position is ideal if you have:** * Education: Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Naval, or Mining Engineering. * Education: A Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued. * Experience: Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an industrial environment, with knowledge of the metal sector and heavy industrial settings, including team leadership. * You are committed to safety and sustainability. * You are proactive and eager for your efforts to help make the world a better home. * You are results-oriented. * You have experience in industrial environments implementing Continuous Improvement.
