### **Governance & Compliance Expert (G&C)** At Ibertech, specialists in technological talent, we are seeking a **Governance & Compliance Expert (G&C)** to join a long-term project in **100% remote work** mode, collaborating with a leading cybersecurity team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Validate compliance with secure configurations in systems and applications. * Review password policies, access rights, and privileges. * Analyze compliance tool reports and produce technical evidence. * Perform periodic controls: patches, backups, antivirus, firewall, and user management. * Document, trace, and monitor compliance metrics and indicators. * Support internal and external audits, including preparation and extraction of evidence. * Coordinate with technical teams to resolve findings and maintain updated controls. * Work with GRC platforms and familiarity with evidence from SIEM, IAM/IGA/PAM, and vulnerability management tools. **Requirements:** * At least **2 years of experience** in GRC, compliance, or IT audit roles. * Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOx, or others). * Experience in validating security controls and reviewing configurations. * Familiarity with governance and compliance tools (GRC Platforms, SIEM, IAM/IGA/PAM). * Ability to generate evidence, document controls, and collaborate with technical teams. * **Intermediate level English.** * Degree not mandatory. **Conditions:** * Mode: **100% remote work**. * **Long-term project**. * Working hours: Mon–Thu 9h / Fri 7h, or reduced schedule Mon–Fri 7h. * **Salary: 38,000 € – 43,000 € SBA**, depending on experience and fit.
