**Job Description** ---------------------------- The Consultant is part of the INTEDYA International Network of Offices and reports directly to the Associate Director of the office, and indirectly to the National/International Operations Management. Intedya Consultants are responsible for executing consulting projects contracted with our Clients within the time, quality, and efficiency terms established by Intedya and agreed upon with the Client. **Functions** ------------- * Advise on matters where the organization has specialized knowledge * Efficiently carry out assigned projects, regardless of the service delivery model * Guide and support organizations in achieving the objectives and goals for which they have contracted INTEDYA * Implement solutions tailored to each organization's management challenges * Identify and evaluate new opportunities for improvement * Arrange and conduct interviews to present the entity's services and acquire new clients * Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals to potential clients * Negotiate projects based on specific conditions for each project, as well as using existing negotiation tools provided by management * Report and inform about all actions carried out with current or potential clients, transmitting all information provided by the client, both explicitly and implicitly **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Meet the expectations set by INTEDYA and the Client for each project * Keep updated the information related to the tracking and technical and time monitoring of each project * Keep updated the information related to the tracking and monitoring of personal performance * Retain clients by providing solutions aligned with their evolving needs * Achieve established time and commercial objectives * Promptly report through designated channels any incident, inconsistency, or similar issue that could affect the quality or image of INTEDYA's services * Comply with established activity and management indicators **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * Bachelor's Degree, Graduate Title, and/or Engineering * Master's/Diploma or equivalent in Management Systems * Additional training: Quality, Environment, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, etc. * High learning and communication ability * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, web browsers, internet navigation, and similar tools * Initial corporate and functional training * Thorough mastery and knowledge of INTEDYA’s service and commercial procedures and methodologies **Experience** --------------- * At least 18 months as a Junior Consultant at Intedya and/or over 3 years of experience in consulting and/or certification of Management Systems **Soft Skills** --------------- * Interest in acquiring new knowledge * Communication skills * Personal organization and discipline * Extroverted approach in personal interactions with clients * Commercial aptitude and attitude * Achievement orientation **Contract** ------------ **Vacant Position:** Senior Consultant
