




Job Summary: We are seeking a Back Office Coordinator to lead a team, manage reports, monitor productivity, develop manuals, and communicate with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring and tracking productivity and quality, as well as developing and reviewing manuals. It also involves direct client communication, incident management, and generating daily task-tracking reports. Regarding requirements, a university degree related to administration is preferred, although formal education is not decisive. At least one year of prior experience coordinating teams is required. Working hours are from Wednesday to Sunday, 16:00 to 01:00, under a hybrid work model. A temporary contract of approximately six months is offered, with possible extension or permanent incorporation, and a salary of 1\.937,92 euros.
