We also offer solutions with the application of vacuum and high vacuum technologies for traditional and high\-tech industries in the energy and aerospace sectors, as well as scientific experimentation.** **Apply now and become part of our team!** **Job Description** * Plan and manage CPQ implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects, ensuring on\-time delivery within scope and budget. * Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating efforts across business, IT, and engineering stakeholders. * Communicate project updates as well as milestones and lead mitigation and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies. * Allocate resources, track budgets, and ensure adherence to project goals and financial constraints. * Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and go\-live processes to ensure successful deployment. * Document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus * 5\+ years of project management experience and a track record of successfully managing large‑scale projects involving business, IT and engineering collaboration (preferably in CPQ, CRM or sales system implementation). * Experience in project management is required. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project, as well as methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, is considered a plus. * Deep knowledge of CPQ and CRM tools is required. Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics is a strong advantage, as well as experience with system integration, data governance and UAT practices. * Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, IT and engineering teams. * Adaptable and resilient with strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage competing priorities and multiple complex projects. * Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
