Handle incidents end-to-end and communicate directly with customers We are looking for a professional to supervise and optimize the administrative and operational tasks of a team. The main responsibility will be to regularly prepare comprehensive reports, closely monitor productivity, and identify opportunities to improve performance and achieve established goals. Additionally, process quality will be supervised to ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer satisfaction. Procedure manuals will be prepared and reviewed, ensuring they remain up-to-date and easily accessible to all team members. Direct communication with customers will be essential to manage expectations and resolve any inquiries. Responsibilities include full incident management—from registration through resolution—and submission of detailed reports to ensure proper traceability of all operations. At least one year of experience in similar positions is required; vocational training (FP) at intermediate level in Administration is preferred. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate shift schedules is mandatory. A temporary contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement, a positive work environment, and potential for continued employment. The schedule, still to be finalized, may be Wednesday to Sunday, either from 16:00 to 01:00 or from 08:00 to 20:00\.
