Due to significant growth in the Transportation and Infrastructure sector \| WSP, we are seeking to enhance the capabilities of our Civil Structures and Bridges team \| WSP in Santander, Granada, or Madrid. We are looking for a professional with experience in drafting reinforced concrete and steel structures, including reinforcement drawings, construction details, and steel connections. Experience in bridge and large-structure projects is especially valued, as well as proficiency with 3D tools such as **Rhino and Grasshopper**, and visualization and rendering software (e.g., **Lumion** and/or **Lumion Landscape**, or similar). We seek a proactive individual interested in undertaking diverse tasks and collaborating with the engineering team to produce high-quality graphical documentation. **What is the role?** Your key responsibilities will include developing graphical documentation for civil engineering structures using CAD drafting — plans, elevations, sections, and construction details; preparing reinforcement and rebar drawings (details, shop drawings, and schedules); and, where applicable, associated documentation for construction or assembly phases; developing steel structure details (connections, plates, welds, and bolted joints); coordinating deliverables with other disciplines in accordance with established quality standards and controls; and generating 3D models of structures and civil engineering elements to support coordination, design review, and project visualization. **What are we looking for to join our team?** We seek a professional with proven experience — between 3 and 5 years — in CAD drafting of civil engineering structures, both reinforced concrete and steel. Demonstrable experience in preparing reinforcement drawings (details, shop drawings, and sections) and rebar documentation is essential, as is solid proficiency in AutoCAD applied to civil engineering and structures, including layer management, external references, and drawing standards. Knowledge of 3D/BIM tools oriented toward coordination — such as Rhinoceros, Revit, Tekla Structures, or Allplan — will be especially valued.
