Technical coordination of work teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Supervision of electrical project execution. Control of timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance. Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Collaboration with the engineering team throughout various project phases. Resolution of technical issues and support in decision-making during construction execution. **What are we looking for?** * Technical Industrial Engineer (Electricity specialization), Graduate in Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineer authorized to sign Electrical DOs. * Prior experience in construction management and supervision is desirable. * Knowledge of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical projects. * Strong organizational, planning, and team coordination skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **We will especially value** Previous experience in electrical engineering projects. Knowledge of construction management and contractor coordination.
