





Facility Assistant – Central Offices (Madrid) Start Date: Immediate Salary: €25,000 Job Description: We are seeking a Facility Assistant to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, guaranteeing coordination with suppliers and compliance with quality standards. You will be a fundamental support to the Facilities team and to the operations of our centers. Key Responsibilities: * Management of area suppliers: HVAC, hot water systems, cleaning, multi-technical services, among others. * Direct support to the Facility Coordinator and Regional Managers. * Monitoring and control of tickets within your area. * Oversight of the budget allocated per region. * Monitoring and evaluation of supplier performance together with Regional Managers. * Periodic visits to centers alongside Cluster Managers to assess needs. * Meetings with suppliers to review progress, define improvements, and provide feedback. * Candidate Profile: * Experience in supplier management and facility maintenance. * Strong organizational, planning, and budgetary control skills. * Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. * Willingness to travel to various centers. * What We Offer: * Join a leading company in its sector. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development.
