Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant for a nursery school, responsible for food preparation, presentation, and maintaining hygiene in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on maintaining hygiene and order We are looking for a person to support the kitchen operations at a nursery school located in Quintes, Villaviciosa. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting food and beverages, ensuring everything is ready for service. The candidate will also be responsible for keeping the work area clean and orderly before, during, and after each shift, thereby ensuring an appropriate operational environment. Previous experience in similar roles is required, along with a food handler’s certificate and knowledge of allergens. A dynamic attitude, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently—especially during peak times—are highly valued, as well as a consistent willingness to collaborate with the rest of the team. A permanent part-time contract (20 hours per week) is offered. The schedule will be split between morning and afternoon shifts. Salary will be determined in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
