As a **Project Manager**, you will be responsible for managing projects across Spain, ensuring their execution according to customer contracts and achieving technical and commercial objectives. **This will be your role: What will you do?** * Ensure delivery of assigned projects within established timeframes, scope and budget. * Effectively manage relationships with clients and all involved parties. * Define project goals and scope, involving key stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Coordinate internal and external resources (suppliers, subcontractors) to guarantee efficient execution. * Ensure compliance with current regulations. * Guarantee availability and allocation of resources. * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. * Identify deviations early and report them to the client, team and management for timely correction. * Manage changes in scope, timelines or costs using appropriate control processes. * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project continuity. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as necessary. * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers. * Create and maintain complete project documentation. **What are we looking for?** * Solid technical background, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Experience in Fire Protection (FP) projects and Comfort Systems. * Qualification to certify and/or legalize FP installations. * Strong communication skills, both internally and with customers. * Outstanding organizational ability, attention to detail and multitasking skills. * High level of spoken and written English. * Willingness to travel nationwide. The selected candidate will be assigned to the **northern region**, with a primary focus on the **Basque Country** (where approximately 90% of activities will take place), and will support ongoing projects in this area.
