Job Summary: We are seeking a VIP Support Technician to ensure the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure and provide priority support to VIP users at municipal facilities. We are looking for a professional with experience as an On-site Support Technician at municipal facilities, ensuring the correct operation of the technological infrastructure and delivering priority support to VIP users in Santander, Cantabria. What Are We Looking for in You? At least two years of experience in the ICT field. Proficiency in Windows environments. Familiarity with office productivity tools. Experience with ticketing systems. Solid hands-on experience in physical hardware and peripheral maintenance. Excellent user support skills. Strong organizational ability and technical skills for end-user support. Availability to work on-site in Santander **Your Key Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of base hardware and software. Provide priority on-site technical support to VIP users (Mayor's Office and councilors). Resolve technical incidents at municipal facilities. Physically manage network components and peripherals. Update and maintain the technological inventory. Log and manage incidents using ticketing systems. Ensure an efficient, well-organized, and end-user-oriented service.
