




· Organization and follow-up of occasional cleaning and/or repair services. · Recording of working hours for temporary staff. · Preparation of invoices/delivery notes for occasional services. · Monthly invoicing for regular clients. · Sending monthly invoices to email addresses. · Completion of supervisor work reports and respective non-compliance reports. · Contacting and sending information from Valencia Multiservicios to potential clients such as property managers, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, etc., to arrange budget visits according to needs. · Weekly publication of VM services on websites such as milanuncios, Wallapop, Marketplace, etc. · Supervision of temporary and permanent staff in occasional cleaning services, with prior assignment and delegation of tasks to personnel. · Conducting quality control checks to ensure that work meets the agreed budget. · Handling complaints and attending to clients regarding occasional services. · Reporting performance of temporary staff. · Informing the operations coordinator of any incidents occurring during the provision of services. · And other assigned requests and/or support as required.
