Full-time position with rotating shifts We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to work in Torrelavega. Main responsibilities include organizing and supervising the team, coordinating goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch; managing shift handovers and incidents; and ensuring smooth communication between shifts. Additional duties include monitoring load planning, inventory control, and supervising safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures on-site. Operating a forklift is required when operational needs arise, and supporting subordinates in resolving incidents is also expected. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in warehouse management and team coordination. * Experience leading personnel in industrial or logistics environments. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
