Good general computer skills and fast typing We are looking for a person to work as a telephone support agent in a call center for a temporary period of 3 months. The main responsibilities include answering calls, handling inquiries and incidents, and entering information into internal systems. This position is intended to cover weekends, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Advanced Excel proficiency (beyond basic user level) is mandatory to register, organize, and retrieve data efficiently. Good general computer skills and ability to work quickly across multiple applications. Fast and accurate typing, capable of typing while speaking with customers. Prior experience in similar roles: sales, administrative assistant, switchboard operator, or customer service. Ability to work under pressure and maintain order during peak workload periods. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Part-time schedule (7 hours \- daily shift) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '477' to '568'
