Additionally, you must **prepare management and profitability reports** by cost center, product, or operating unit, contributing to management decision-making. You will also participate in the preparation of the annual budget and its periodic review, ensuring alignment with operational reality. Your duties will include coordinating with other departments to align **cost allocation criteria**, as well as identifying opportunities for operational process improvement. **What will make you succeed in this position?** We seek a professional holding a **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance,** Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Management Control, Finance, etc., is considered an advantage. Additionally, **3 to 5 years of experience in management control and financial analysis functions**, preferably within the industrial or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is required. Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, ERP systems with analytical accounting modules, and modeling or planning software is valued.
