Job Summary: We are seeking a team coordinator to manage factory production, lead human teams, and supervise industrial processes within a dynamic, continuously learning environment. Experience in process supervision and team leadership We are looking for a candidate to assume team coordination and production management responsibilities in one of the sections of our factory in Torrelavega. This position is offered under a full-time temporary contract, with shift-based work. To perform these duties, candidates must hold a completed degree in Industrial Engineering and be able to hold fluent conversations in English. Furthermore, it is essential to demonstrate willingness and commitment to work the fourth shift, adapting to its rhythms and operational requirements. This position offers the opportunity to integrate into a dynamic environment where continuous learning is prioritized. You will receive constant support from the team to advance professionally, gaining direct experience in industrial process supervision and human team leadership within an active sector.
