Teamwork in an industrial environment #### **Work Modality** On-site #### **Department** Production #### **Workplace** Termosol (Navalvillar de Pela) #### **Requirements** **Qualification:** Mandatory: Vocational Training Level I or II in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation and Control, or similar. Engineering degree is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in continuous-process industrial plants. Operation of power generation plants. Boiler operator. Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water-steam cycle parameters. **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (Maximo preferred). Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures. **Experience:** Over three years’ experience in operation and/or maintenance of power generation plants is desirable, preferably solar thermal plants. Maintenance experience in industrial facilities in any of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation and control. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined work in a safety-oriented, environmentally respectful, and continuously improving production process environment. Desirable: Residence near the facilities. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement. #### **Responsibilities** **General Functions:**  Carry out operation and maintenance of solar thermal power plants in accordance with existing procedures and documentation, and HSSE requirements.  Conduct Safety Observations of ongoing work, identify Unsafe Conditions, propose mitigation improvements, report Accidents/Incidents, and actively collaborate in investigations and implementation of mitigation measures.  Ensure compliance with environmental conditions and properly manage generated waste.  Perform plant inspection routes to resolve incidents or manage existing work orders through the GMAO system (Maximo).  Act as a member of the Emergency Intervention Team and as an on-site preventive resource, as required.  Actively participate in continuous process improvement, assuming responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components.  Participate in training programs on Safety and Health, Prevention and Environment, Technical Training, and Corporate Training.  Faithfully comply with policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System related to Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and corporate policies. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently operating exclusively renewable power generation assets.
