A Process Consultant with end-to-end vision, capable of transforming AS\-IS into a value-driven TO\-BE, with governance, metrics, and a viable implementation roadmap. Responsibilities* Mapping and documentation of AS\-IS. * Modeling of BPMN 2\.0 processes and definition of KPIs. * Identification and prioritization of digital initiatives. * Coordination with business and IT during service execution. * Support in digital transformation and change management. * Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder engagement. * Support for implementations on BPM/low\-code platforms. Requirements* Master's degree (MECES 3 / EQF 7\) in engineering or technological field. * Experience in process consulting and digital transformation. * Experience with BPM (Appian or PEGA). * Proficiency in BPMN 2\.0 and modeling tools. * Change management and risk management. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish. * Desirable * BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR, Scrum/Kanban certifications. * English B2\+. \#babel What do we offer?
