### **Description** Izertis is currently seeking a Technology Consultant with experience in engineering and technology consulting projects to provide specialized support for the Spanish Army’s Planning Process. The professional will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and supporting the implementation of improvements to current systems and processes, using advanced Business Intelligence tools and methodologies oriented toward operational optimization. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the analysis and diagnosis of the Spanish Army’s current planning system. * Identify critical process issues: bottlenecks, redundancies, communication failures, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies. * Define functional and technological requirements for the new system or proposed improvements. * Participate in process redesign, proposing solutions based on information technologies and efficiency criteria. * Identify technological requirements, digital tools, and necessary capabilities. * Conduct pilots, controlled tests, and technical validation of solutions. * Support implementation of the new system and transition from the current model. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain smooth communication with involved units. **Job Requirements** Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organization Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent scientific-technical degrees. * Minimum English proficiency level: B1 **Minimum Required Experience** * Three years of professional experience in engineering projects. * Three years of experience in technology consulting projects. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge** * Five years of experience with advanced Business Intelligence tools (IBM Cognos, MS Power BI, or Tableau). * Proficiency in MS Excel or MS Access, certified through courses totaling at least 25 classroom hours. * Certification in BI tools (IBM Cognos, MS Power BI, or Tableau): positively valued up to maximum score. **Professional Competencies** * Analytical ability and orientation toward diagnosis and problem resolution. * Advanced data handling and BI tool expertise. * Ability to document processes, prepare reports, and propose improvements. * Capacity to work on complex, high-impact projects. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork with multidisciplinary teams. **What We Offer** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Highly flexible working hours** * **Intensive work schedule for four months per year** * **Hybrid work model (one remote workday per week)** WHO ARE WE?
