Join us as a Grid Engineer – Grid Optimisation (BESS) and play a key role in shaping how energy storage integrates into power systems across global markets. Based in Madrid, you will identify and optimise grid connection opportunities, lead technical studies, and ensure our BESS projects meet evolving regulatory and operational requirements. Working at the intersection of power systems engineering and the energy transition, you will collaborate closely with TSOs, DSOs, and cross\-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant, and future\-ready grid integration solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer with strong knowledge of grid codes, power system analysis tools, and BESS technologies. You will engage with international stakeholders, support multiple project phases, and leverage digital and AI tools to enhance technical analysis and decision\-making.
