Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is familiarity with management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP or similar tools. Education in Administration—whether at intermediate, advanced, or university level (e.g., Business Administration, International Trade, or Logistics Management)—is considered an asset.
