Position Summary: We are seeking an architect to develop complete technical and graphical documentation for projects, including external coordination and management collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive development of architectural documentation from basic to execution stage. 2. Close collaboration with the studio's management. 3. Technical coordination with external collaborators. We seek an architecture professional with experience to work in Picassent. The main responsibility will be to fully develop the graphical and technical documentation for architectural projects, from basic design to execution design. This includes preparing technical reports, specifications for construction details, and applying current regulations. Detailed measurements and budgets will also be prepared. Support in technical calculations for construction and installations, as well as resolving technical queries during design and construction phases, will be valued. High-quality drawings and renderings will be produced; documentation for permits will be prepared and processed; and administrative procedures will be managed. Technical coordination with external collaborators will be critical. Close collaboration with the studio's management is required. Temporary contract with possibility of part-time arrangement. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture is required. A minimum of 4–5 years’ experience performing the duties associated with this position is essential. Solid knowledge of current technical and urban planning regulations is expected. Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and specialized technical software such as AllPlan and Cype is fundamental. Advanced Excel skills are required. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to architecture and advanced Access skills will be considered advantageous.
