Main responsibilities include: * Reception and accommodation upon arrival of program beneficiaries. * Supporting language learning activities. * Conducting specific interventions with minors and families (e.g., workshops on healthy nutrition, household economics, family planning, academic support, development of values aligned with a Culture of Peace…). * Promoting healthy leisure activities. * Liaising with external resources. * Providing socio-educational accompaniment within Individualized Pathways. * Designing and implementing group-based actions targeting program beneficiaries. * Designing and implementing community actions, with special emphasis on raising public awareness. * Fostering the creation of social networks. * Supervising the proper condition of reception facilities. * Reporting to management and the work team any breaches of operational rules at reception facilities. * Holding assemblies and meetings with beneficiaries across different reception facilities, as well as organizing activities and workshops to improve coexistence and daily life organization. * Preparing monitoring reports and final justification reports for the program, as well as other documents in coordination with other professionals. * Managing SIRIA (Information System for Programs targeting Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) and/or other program databases or files. * Participating in team coordination meetings, as well as meetings with other departments and programs of the organization. * Strengthening and supporting other professional team members. * Accompanying and supporting volunteer staff or interns assigned to the relevant programs. * Reporting any incidents occurring during task execution. * Drafting and preparing technical proposals containing up-to-date information for developing new social and legal intervention projects and programs. * As MPDL - Movimiento por la Paz staff, participating in initiatives aimed at preventing abuse and harassment, and ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Requirements:** * Education: Diploma/Degree in Social Education + training in gender perspective and human rights. Professional registration is mandatory. * Experience: Minimum 1 year working in programs supporting refugees, immigrants, and/or people at risk of social exclusion. Experience/knowledge in group and community interventions is desirable. Experience in associative movements is also desirable. * Languages: English and/or French and Arabic are desirable; knowledge of other languages is also desirable. * IT Skills: User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SIRIA (Information System for Programs targeting Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) is desirable. * Other: Knowledge of local social resources and experience collaborating with institutions and entities is desirable. A valid driver’s license and/or personal vehicle are desirable. Experience in project justification and formulation is desirable. Temporary contract of 3 months. Professional Group 1 under the Social Action Collective Agreement. Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to meet program needs. Salary: As per collective agreement.
