




Requirements \- Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Administration, or related field. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. \- Proficiency in TGSS, Contrata, Certific@2, and advanced knowledge of A3 Innuva Payroll software. \- Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation. \- Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. \- Experience in environments with large workforces. \- Effective stress management and adaptability to changing environments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. Valued qualifications \- Communication skills and teamwork ability. \- Knowledge of accounting. Job mission To provide comprehensive support for human resources management at the Foundation, ensuring proper execution of administrative labor processes, efficient payroll and Social Security management, and compliance with current regulations. The selected candidate will actively contribute to the smooth operation of the department by participating in initiatives related to occupational risk prevention, recruitment, training, and continuous improvement of internal processes—while guaranteeing quality service, confidentiality, and staff well-being. Main responsibilities \- Preparation and payment of payrolls and Social Security contributions. \- Drafting and management of employment contracts and academic internships. \- Processing of sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, workplace accidents, etc. \- Filing of tax forms 111, 190, and 216. \- Support in Occupational Risk Prevention management. \- Support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes. \- Employee assistance. \- Support in implementing HR policies and improving internal processes. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,928 * Additional information: Full-time schedule with flexible hours. On-site work mode. Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 08:45–14:00 and 14:30–17:30; Friday, 08:00–15:00 (including statutory breaks).
