For our Business Unit Customer Service, we are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for Rolling Stock to perform maintenance on the railway infrastructure of Barcelona Metro Line 9. Your responsibilities will include preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as technical support and assistance to customers regarding maintenance of rolling stock and signaling infrastructure on Barcelona Metro Line 9: CBTC (onboard and wayside), Electronic Interlocking, Track Circuits, etc. Additional knowledge of the broader railway environment—particularly concerning rolling stock and signaling equipment (OBCU, ATO, ATP, etc.)—and IT environments (communication networks, serial communications, programming in C, C\+\+, Java, Linux, etc.) will be valued. Required qualification: Higher or intermediate vocational degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. Valid driver’s license category B is mandatory. Minimum two years of relevant experience is required. Availability to work night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, and to perform on-call duties.
