**Job Description** --------------------------- Provide dietary consulting services to educational and healthcare centers served by Aramark, analyzing procedures and techniques required to develop balanced diets tailored to pathological conditions, within the framework of prevention and promotion of healthy habits, while complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. Act at all times ethically and in accordance with Aramark's professional conduct policy. * **Workload: 20 hours per week** * **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00** * **Contract: Permanent** * **Salary: According to collective agreement** **Job Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop diets adapted to each patient with special needs, conducting interviews on-site to determine food preferences and intolerances, assessing each patient's/patient group's characteristics and pathology to determine nutritional status, dietary requirements, and potential nutritional deficiencies. * Prepare personalized diets according to various pathologies, making adjustments to energy intake, nutrient proportions, and menu presentation and preparation. * Organize and supervise the different meals and their distribution. * Assess the degree of acceptance of menus by the center's patient population, conducting follow-up interviews to introduce possible changes to menu components, evaluate outcomes, and establish improvement plans. * Monitor extra products supplied to the hospital. * Ensure daily accounting of services provided to customers (# of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners). * Analyze procedures necessary to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations in the dietetics department, considering factors such as food quality upon receipt, storage and preservation, facility cleanliness and disinfection levels, optimal environmental conditions, and waste disposal systems. * Monitor food handling processes, determining the most appropriate transformation process for each type of food. * Collaborate with kitchen staff in taking samples and temperature measurements, being able to interpret results obtained from these analyses. * Carry out health prevention and promotion activities for center patients, drafting recommendations and communicating to patients and their families which dietary habits are most advisable depending on each pathology. * Provide continuous attention and communication with patients to ensure service quality. **Qualifications** ------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.) * Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. * Additional Education: Postgraduate or Master's degree in Dietetics. * Other: Person accustomed to managing a high volume of diners. * Spanish and English as required by contract and client needs. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office **Education** ------------- **About Aramark** ----------------- **Our Mission** Our essence lies in service.
