We are seeking staff for the position of gerocultor or gerocultora in the Espiel area, Córdoba. Main responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, or shaving, and helping them during meals if they cannot do so independently. Support is also provided for mobility, including walking assistance and transfers, and collaboration in maintaining residents' rooms, collecting laundry, and delivering it to the laundry room. The role involves participating in recreational activities to promote physical and psychological well-being, as well as monitoring residents and reporting any changes in their health status. Daily assistance and emotional support are provided. Additionally, collaboration with technical teams includes supporting telemedicine use and neurorrehabilitation interventions, as well as taking physiological parameters such as blood glucose or blood pressure. The contract is temporary, lasting approximately one hundred days, on a full-time basis. The schedule is rotating, covering morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM and evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The monthly salary is €1.221.
