Coordinate documentation required for tax filings and accounting closures. Participate in budget planning and optimization of administrative processes. Support management in financial decision-making and improvement of internal controls. **Requirements** Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or financial management roles (preferably within SMEs). Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial control. Advanced proficiency in Excel and management tools (ERP or CRM).
