Since Nascor Formación, we are seeking a professional in pedagogy or sociolinguistics to implement a key training initiative for the Catalan education system. The main objective is to train teachers so that they act as linguistic role models and maintain the use of Catalan in all school contexts. **Main responsibilities:** \- Delivery of 12 in-person workshops: Conduct two sessions per centre (4 hours of in-person instruction per workshop in total) at various schools and institutes across Catalonia. \- Design and supervision of 4 hours of non-in-person work per teacher (readings, activities, and video viewing). \- Provide practical tools and strategies to ensure Catalan serves as the vehicular and communication language at the centre. \- Ensure the training helps teachers guarantee that learning across all subject areas takes place in Catalan. **Minimum requirements:** \- Higher education degree in Pedagogy, Philology, Psychopedagogy or related fields. Catalan language proficiency certificate at C1/C2 level. \- Demonstrable experience in teacher training and solid knowledge of linguistic management within the educational context.
