We are seeking an operator for an offset printing machine in L'Ametlla del Vallès, Barcelona. The selected candidate will join a team to support the offset printing process, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability at every stage. Prior experience in offset printing is not required for this position, which involves a part-time working schedule with an indefinite contract and rotating shifts. The operator will assist the machine operator at all stages of the process: preparing raw material pallets, adjusting registration marks for print run accuracy, removing pallets from the output area, mounting plates, and refilling ink fountains. They will also monitor the operation of the register system, assist in Pantone color formulation according to customer specifications, and collaborate to reduce machine setup time. The operator will keep the work area and auxiliary equipment clean and participate in preventive maintenance. Availability for rotating shifts, ability to work effectively in a team, proactive attitude, and focus on quality and safety standards are required. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are valued.
