




Currently, we need to hire two people, route programmers, for our offices located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, to plan, create and review the routes of the home intervention department, ensuring service delivery to users by efficiently coordinating the department's human and technical resources, following established guidelines. What do we offer? \- Indefinite contract \- 40-hour workweek \- Schedule: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. \- Office in Hospitalet de Llobregat The ideal candidate: Must have skills to efficiently plan and organize routes, adapt to unexpected changes and optimize available resources. Previous experience in telephone customer service and administrative management will be valued, as well as proficiency in Excel and office software. Additionally, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems in real time are required. Proactivity, teamwork skills and familiarity with route management systems or similar tools will be especially valued. A service-oriented attitude and adherence to established guidelines will be essential. Key skills and experience: \- Mandatory ESO-level education or equivalent. \- Mandatory native or bilingual level of Catalan. \- Proficiency in office software and Excel. \- Experience in customer service (by phone). \- Valued: Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management Main responsibilities: \- Planning routes for home intervention staff. \- Administrative tasks (reviewing database, previous routes, etc.). \- Support and handling of external calls from the reception switchboard. * Experience: 1 year.
