At Castelomega, we aim to hire a junior technician for our precision mechanics workshop. This position is designed for individuals with technical education who wish to begin or advance their career in a specialized industrial setting. You will work alongside experienced technicians, participating in equipment repair and assembly processes where precision and quality are critical. We seek a candidate with a positive attitude, interest in hands-on work, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Support in repair and assembly tasks in the workshop • Disassembly and assembly of mechanical components • Cleaning, preparation, and verification of parts • Use of hand tools and basic measuring instruments • Support in precision mechanics tasks • Teamwork with specialized technicians • The position requires hands-on work in a workshop environment (not an office-based role)
* Experience: 1 month. • Prior experience is not mandatory • Education in: • Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Electromechanical Maintenance. • Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Industrial Mechatronics (or equivalent) • Preferred qualifications: • Prior workshop experience (automotive or other similar mechanical environments) • Interest in technical and manual work • Ability to work in a team • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Additional relevant information: • Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential conversion to permanent. • Schedule: Full-time – 40 hours per week. • Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:15 (including lunch break); Friday: 8:00–14:00 • Salary: €27,700 gross annual • Onboarding: A solid and growing company. • Initial training and technical mentoring. • Positive working environment and job stability.
