YOUR ROLE You will work as a Tableau/Power BI Developer within the OMA Lab team, delivering end\-to\-end analytical solutions and partnering closely with the client’s Product Owner and Technical Lead. Your focus is transforming business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models. Key Responsibilities * Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards. * Define KPIs, calculations and contribute to the semantic layer. * Produce ad\-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts. * Support Snowflake data modeling (tables/views). * Guide power users in self\-service analytics. * Maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines. Immediate assignment: Power BI dashboard C0080 – Site Oversight, first version due end of December, enhancements through January–February. YOUR PROFILE A hands\-on BI developer with strong analytical thinking, able to decompose problems and deliver practical solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Technical Skills * Advanced Tableau or Power BI (one required). * Strong SQL and Snowflake (procedures, functions, views). * Good understanding of data modeling. * Ability to quickly learn new BI tools. Soft Skills * Problem\-solving and structured thinking. * Ownership and proactive mindset. * Good communication and stakeholder management. * Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains. Nice to Have * Pharma/clinical trials knowledge. * Experience with data quality frameworks. * Agile delivery experience.
