Job Summary: Professional responsible for programming and optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, supervising production flow, and preparing technical reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident analysis and preparation of operation sheets We are seeking a professional to program and optimize processes in Vilanova del Camí. Main responsibilities include ensuring product quality, supervising production flow, and preparing detailed technical reports. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and adjusting manufacturing routes, as well as training operational staff on machinery usage and methodologies. Productive performance will also be monitored in collaboration with plant supervisors. Additional duties include creating and modifying manufacturing programs, analyzing incidents arising during production, and preparing operation sheets. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week from Monday to Friday, morning shift, and legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience performing similar duties. * We seek an organized, dynamic, and responsible individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Knowledge of drawing, simulation, and manufacturing software is an advantage. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. \- Advanced English. GM in Electromechanics and/or equivalent is highly desirable.
