**Requirements** 1\. Short video content planning and production: Responsible for creative planning and scriptwriting of short videos, ensuring content is innovative and aligned with the platform's tone and user preferences; able to independently complete recording, editing, and post-production of short videos (including subtitles, special effects, sound effects, etc.) to ensure video quality; integrate points of interest, industry trends, and brand needs to define short video content direction and improve account visibility and engagement. 2\. Short video platform operation: Responsible for the daily operation of the account's short video platform, including content publishing, data monitoring and optimization. Analyze user behavior and platform algorithms, optimize video titles, covers, tags, etc., and increase playback views, likes, comments, and conversions. 3\. Data analysis and optimization: Regularly review short video data (playback volume, completion rate, interaction rate, etc.), adjust content strategies, and increase account weight; pay attention to competitive dynamics and industry product trends, optimize operational strategies, and maintain content competitiveness. 4\. Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal and external brand departments to plan short video content in conjunction with marketing activities to support brand communication and sales conversion. **Job Requirements:** 1\. Proficient in short video recording equipment (such as DSLR cameras, action cameras, mobile phone stabilizers, etc.), skilled in composition, camera movement, lighting, etc. 2\. You will sit on top of the “EMI Services” splitted in 2 teams composed by a Tech Lead, 2 QA and 2 Developers. You will oversee the delivery and the technical performance for all the products developed and maintained by the squad.
