DESCRIPTION Do you enjoy managing multiple vacancies simultaneously—and identifying talent even before it’s needed? In this role, you’ll carry out **talent attraction and selection** processes for our Sibuya and Kamado restaurants, and meticulously oversee every detail of the selected candidate’s **onboarding**. This is the *vibe* of our **People Department**: we know our front-of-house and kitchen teams make the difference in our restaurants—and it all starts with you. If you’re motivated by delivering an exceptional candidate experience, planning selection processes, and anticipating needs… this role is for you. **What will be your mission?** Ensure each restaurant has the right talent, at the right time—and that every new hire experiences a truly unforgettable onboarding. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing the full **attraction and selection process** for Deputy Front-of-House and Kitchen Managers, Waiters/Waitresses, Chefs, and Front-of-House and Kitchen Assistants—simultaneously! Using our ATS, **Viterbit**, to publish job offers, screen candidates, etc. Coordinating closely with the **Operations team** to align timelines, priorities, and refine candidate profile searches. Tracking the **onboarding process** for new hires to nurture and retain talent. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time schedule. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM; Fridays, we finish at 3:00 PM! With 30-minute flexibility on start/end times. Competitive salary aligned with your value proposition. You’ll be the ideal candidate if you have... Prior experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple cities (ideal if you come from an ETT or consultancy background). Agility in managing multiple open recruitment processes. A degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields. Experience using ATS systems—we use Viterbit—as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable: experience in People-related tasks such as onboarding, job descriptions, event management… If you haven’t done these before, we’ll train you! Do you speak Portuguese or any other language?
