We seek to hire a **LABOR TECHNICIAN** to strengthen our labor department, integrating into a team that already includes a department head and experienced staff. This is a **technical, non-training position**, aimed at candidates with proven experience in labor consultancy who can work autonomously from day one. This role is for labor consultancy—not for the company’s internal Human Resources department. **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll and social security management * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes * Management of temporary incapacity (IT) * Preparation of dismissal documentation * Handling labor-related incidents and inquiries * Coordination with the team and department head * Participation in departmental improvement projects **Candidate Profile** We seek a candidate matching the profile of a **labor consultancy technician**, accustomed to autonomous work, managing multiple clients, and handling daily labor operations confidently. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in labor consultancy** * Ability to manage end-to-end labor operational tasks * Work autonomy (this is not a support or training position) * A professional, stable individual with genuine interest in joining our project * Teamwork and coordination skills with department heads **What We Offer** * Join a **consolidated consultancy** with over 30 years of experience * **Permanent, stable contract** * Integration into a professional, approachable, and collaborative team * Position aligned with the **First-Level Administrative Officer** classification under the Offices and Consulting Firms Collective Agreement * Annual gross salary: **€18,100**, based on experience * Positive work environment and clear processes * Location: **Paterna Technology Park (Valencia)** * Full-time continuous working hours If you have real-world experience in labor consultancy, work autonomously in your daily tasks, and seek stability within a well-organized, professional environment, **we want to meet you**.
