MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of construction works, ensuring appropriate allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel as specified by the Site Manager (JO). * Perform monthly measurement of completed construction work. * Monitor the project’s time schedule, ensuring adherence to planned deadlines, quality standards, and budget. * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, in coordination with the Safety Technician, to guarantee execution of the Health and Safety Plan. * Supervise the workforce—including direct company staff and subcontractors—to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of construction works.
