The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the proper operation of the group's information and technology systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Maintenance and configuration of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices). * Basic network management (LAN/WiFi), routers, switches, and connectivity. * Basic administration of Windows systems. * Backup management and basic system security. * Support for corporate tools (email, office productivity software, internal applications). * Coordination with external IT vendors when required. * Documentation of incidents and procedures. **Requirements** * Education in Computer Science, Systems, Networking, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of Windows systems and office productivity environments. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to resolve incidents. * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with users. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally between facilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in multi-site environments. * Knowledge of cybersecurity. * Experience in the healthcare or socio-healthcare sector. * Basic knowledge of virtualization and backup solutions. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a **solid and growing business group**. * Job stability. * Full-time position. * A positive work environment. * Potential for professional development.
