Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement charging points and manage medium- and low-voltage projects. Key Highlights: 1. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working on medium- and low-voltage electrical infrastructure and charging point projects, and will join Boslan’s Generation and Networks Unit’s Networks Team to carry out project-related activities, such as: * Design and implementation of charging point installations * Legalization projects for network extension installations * Legalization projects for charging points * Management of permits and procedures required for execution and commissioning * Project execution direction and supervision * Client liaison management for assigned projects MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical Engineering Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role Minimum Knowledge: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical infrastructure and charging point projects * Familiarity with Spanish electrical regulations * Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.) * English proficiency at B1 level Desirable Knowledge: * Familiarity with distribution companies’ (e.g., Endesa, I\-DE, UFD DISTRIBUCIÓN) grid regulations and design criteria * Familiarity with distribution companies’ (e.g., Endesa, I\-DE, UFD DISTRIBUCIÓN) charging point regulations and design criteria * Familiarity with the Sitetracker project management tool * Knowledge of overhead line calculation software (Dmelect) * Advanced user-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Strong technical, critical, and analytical capabilities, oriented toward efficient problem resolution * High degree of work autonomy, complemented by excellent teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus on each * Proactive attitude, flexibility in dynamic environments, and consistent commitment to learning and continuous improvement * Organizational and prioritization skills, with initiative-taking ability and adherence to deadlines * Proven client management experience and capability, maintaining strong, results-oriented relationships What We Offer: * Permanent contract * On-site work mode * Working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, with flexible entry and exit times * Flexible compensation package * Company-funded medical insurance Why You’ll Love Boslan, part of Accenture: * A comprehensive compensation package extending beyond base salary—including a flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs * The opportunity to join Accenture, one of the industry’s leading companies—and specifically, Industry X, our most forward-looking business unit * A company committed to your professional development: a dedicated training platform available to all employees without exception * Stability and security: a permanent contract and life insurance from day one, plus optional medical insurance If this opportunity excites you and you believe your profile matches what we’re looking for, don’t hesitate to submit your application.
