Main responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating the reception team, supporting the Reception Manager in daily departmental organization. Managing check \- in and check \- out procedures. Providing customer service and resolving incidents, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Coordinating and supervising room assignments, room changes, and special requests. Cash handling, daily closings, and monitoring of administrative procedures specific to reception. Monitoring reservations, room sales, and availability control. Managing and tracking customer calls, emails, and requests. Supporting training, motivation, and supervision of reception and bell staff under direct responsibility. Ensuring compliance with company-established quality standards and procedures. Acting as Reception Manager in their absence, assuming full departmental operations. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar role or as a receptionist with supervisory responsibilities. Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are highly valued. Strong customer orientation and leadership ability.
