At Cordial Hotels \& Resorts, a leading company in the tourism sector, we are initiating the selection process for a **SUPPORT AND SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN** position at Cordial's central offices located in Maspalomas. If you are passionate about the service industry and working from the heart, we would love to meet you! **Job Responsibilities** * Management and resolution of Level 1 and 2 technical incidents. * Supervision and basic maintenance of network, data center (CPD), and RITI systems. * Support for internal users (reception, administration, HR, etc.). * Execution of technical tasks within active projects (printing systems, GPON, GDPR, etc.). * Monitoring of critical services and log reviews. * Basic support for Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and devices. * Technical coordination with vendors and incident follow-up. * Assistance in process digitization and tool implementation. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or system administration. * Regulated vocational training: Higher Technician in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), Higher Technician in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), Higher Technician in Web Application Development (DAW), or equivalent qualification. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic administration of Entra ID. * Networking knowledge: Wi\-Fi, structured cabling, switches, GPON (desirable). * Ability to install, configure, and maintain equipment, printers, and basic services. * Capacity for autonomous and team work, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and focus on internal customer service. * Experience with hotel PMS/POS systems is desirable. * Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel. **Benefits** * Professional development opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Flexible working hours. * Discounts on company products and services, as well as those from partner companies. * Be part of a major Canary Islands-based tourism company currently in expansion. **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your updated CV through this job posting.
