**Join our Software Operations and Maintenance team!**
We are seeking to strengthen our team with a **Software Operations and Maintenance Manager**, to work in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), with experience in supervising, ensuring reliability, and maintaining operational continuity of key software systems in mission-critical environments.
**What will you do?**
* Supervise **daily software operations**, ensuring availability, performance, and stability.
* Perform **corrective and preventive maintenance**, identifying incidents and anticipating potential failures.
* Manage and implement **updates, patches, and improvements**, ensuring minimal service disruption.
* Address, analyze, and resolve **user incidents**, coordinating and escalating to other teams as required.
* Monitor systems using tools such as **Zabbix, OpenSearch, or Dynatrace**, detecting anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
* Optimize application and database performance (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
* Implement **operational improvements** and automation (scripts, CI/CD).
* Track and report on **operational KPIs**, ensuring compliance with **SLAs**.
* Collaborate in agile environments (**Scrum, Kanban**) and participate in full software lifecycle cycles.

✅ Must-have:
* **3–5 years of experience** in software operations and maintenance.
* Experience with **AWS** (basic–intermediate level).
* Proficiency in **Java / Spring Boot**, and familiarity with **microservices** architectures.
* Experience administering and optimizing **databases** (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
* Knowledge of **monitoring tools** (Zabbix, Dynatrace, OpenSearch).
* Experience in **automation**, scripting, and use of CI/CD pipelines.
* Proficiency with **Git** and development environments.
* Experience working with **Scrum and/or Kanban**.
* **Advanced English** (minimum B2).
Desirable:
* Training or certification in **ITIL** (Service Management).
* Experience with enterprise tools: Remedy ITSM, IBM Maximo, Jira.
* Functional knowledge in mobility, maintenance, ticketing, or EMV systems.
* Experience in operational analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement.
