Architect – 3D Rendering and Visualization Specialist – Incorporation in 2026 (Ibiza / Mallorca)

**Sirio Ibiza**, a leading company in installations, construction, renovations, and renewable energy, is seeking an **Architect specialized in 3D rendering** to join residential projects and developments in **Ibiza and Mallorca**. **Planned incorporation: January/February 2026.** **Job Description** We are looking for a professional with experience in **3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, and architectural presentations**. The selected candidate will develop visual proposals for clients, interior and exterior renders, virtual tours, and graphic materials supporting the technical and commercial departments. **Main Responsibilities** * 3D modeling at various project stages * Photorealistic rendering of interiors, exteriors, and landscaping * Creation of virtual tours, videos, and animations * Preparation of commercial presentations and visual dossiers * Support for technical documentation of basic and execution-level projects * Coordination with architects, engineers, and site teams * Generation of visual content for real estate developments **Requirements** * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, 3D Design, or related field * Proven experience in **architectural visualization and rendering** * Proficiency in software such as: * **Lumion**, Twinmotion, V-Ray, Enscape * **Revit**, SketchUp, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Rhino * Photoshop or post-production tools * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Creativity and attention to detail * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle** (mandatory) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in premium residential projects * Knowledge of interior design or conceptual design * Experience in compiling commercial dossiers * Residence in Ibiza or Mallorca * Knowledge of visual marketing or branding **We Offer** * Stable incorporation starting in **January/February 2026** * A multidisciplinary technical team with a high professional standard * Involvement in real construction and development projects * Opportunities for internal growth * Competitive compensation commensurate with portfolio and experience Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
