To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a passionate **Content Creator** with a strong background in communication and creativity, capable of conveying the essence of Teatro Pereyra across various digital channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and produce original content (photography, video, and copywriting) aligned with brand identity and show programming. * Design and adapt content pieces for different digital platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and newsletter. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and narratives consistent with operational goals. * Develop storytelling that highlights the history, cultural legacy, and unique experience of Teatro Pereyra’s dinner shows. * Coordinate and cover events and performances in real time (backstage, rehearsals, premieres, audience highlights). * Produce graphic and audiovisual materials for internal and external use. * Identify digital trends and apply them to the content strategy. * Maintain an updated and proactive editorial calendar together with the Marketing Manager of Teatro Pereyra. **Profile and Competencies** * Background in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Audiovisual production, or related fields. * Previous experience in content creation will be valued. * Skills in photography, video, and digital editing (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools). * Strong creative writing skills in Spanish and English. * Knowledge of social media trends and ability to adapt them to Teatro Pereyra’s identity. * Proactive, creative individual with strong teamwork abilities. * Availability to work evening and night shifts according to show schedules. * Mandatory requirement: must reside in IBIZA. **What We Offer** * Join an innovative and expanding cultural project. * A dynamic and creative environment where your work will have a direct impact on audience experience. * Year-round employment. * 100% on-site position.
